Honey Gables Community Website

Our mandate is to keep our residents informed on issues, events and civic matters that impact our life in our community, and to promote effective communication between our community and city officials.

Welcome Home to Your Honey Gables Community!

Time: Saturday, July 16, 4pm   Rain Date: Sunday, July 17, 4pm

Yours is a small neighbourhood community of fifty-five homes spanning three streets and River Road, on the east bank of the beautiful Rideau River between Manotick to the south and Gloucester Glen to the north.

Perfectly situated just south of the City proper, this enclave of homes with its modest woodland charm, grew from a centuries old farmstead which was subdivided in the late 1950s. Each home is a unique stand-alone design reflecting the vision and taste of homeowners who wish to enjoy a private rural landscape and the tranquility of Unesco’s World Heritage Site – the Rideau River.

At twenty minutes from Parliament Hill, ten minutes to the Airport, and convenient access to major transportation systems, shopping, schools, hospitals and more … Honey Gables is your hidden gem within City limits!

With a strong vibrant desire to be good neighbours and knowing that it does indeed “take a village” The Honey Gables Development Association encourages each and every resident to get involved, be mindful of each other, and live together respectfully.
